Kuwait Dynamics Limited (KDL) began operations following the 1990-1991 Gulf War.

The company was started in 1992 as a Joint Venture between General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) Corporation in the United States and a Kuwaiti Partner, and formally registered as a Kuwaiti Limited Liability (WLL) company in 1993.  KDL’s establishment came in response to requirements for defense and logistics-related organizations to assist in the rebuilding of Kuwait.  KDL is proud to be a part of Kuwait’s remarkable recovery since liberation and has been instrumental in the Modernization of the Kuwait Land Force.

From military-related work, our operations expanded into construction in 1995.  KDL has become a premier leader in construction works in Kuwait, working on some of the Nation’s most reputable projects.  We deliver quality services - on time and on budget.

In 2001, the Company became a wholly-owned Kuwaiti company when the Kuwaiti Partner, a prominent member of Kuwait’s ruling family, purchased GDLS shares.  KDL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Action Group Holdings with companies allowing KDL to offer support in the areas of real estate, travel and hotels, concrete, and more.

Since the War in Iraq in 2003, KDL has found ourselves in the position of again doing what we know best:  Assisting the allied forces and organizations working with them in fulfilling their requirements.

Since 2003, Kuwait has witnessed a boom of emerging small companies wanting to gain their share of the military procurement pie.  We assist organizations who are looking for a cost-effective, reputable, ethical, resourceful and responsive partner in Kuwait (rather than a small start-up company that can’t live up to its promises).
